Returns
We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged during shipping.
To be eligible for a return or replacement, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests made after 14 days from the delivery date will not be eligible for a return, refund, or replacement.
To report a damaged item, please email patton.alandra252@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage
- Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or arrives with shipping-related damage, contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
Failure to notify us within 14 days of delivery may result in the claim being denied.
Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Buyer preference
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom products
Returns are accepted only for items damaged during shipping.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If an item arrives damaged and your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, consumers may have certain rights under applicable consumer protection laws. However, customized or made-to-order products may be exempt from the 14-day withdrawal period. Please contact us with any questions regarding your order.
Refunds
Once we have reviewed your damage claim, we will notify you whether your refund or replacement has been approved.
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
